"We went to Kochi for Medical conference and decided to go to Thekkady. We were helped by Sylvan Holidays in this trip. Our visit was planned and executed by them very efficiently. Driver was very polite. Hotels chosen were very nice. Only problem that we faced was Boat ride, which we did not book on net so we could not get tickets. Those, who wish to visit, should book online to avoid discomfort. Thekkady is a serene place and there are two shows in evening, which we enjoyed. Kathakali and Music fountain show. Varda cyclone created some rain; but it created more scenic view in mountains. We stayed for a evening and night in Cherai beach, 30 km away from Kochi. It is a very nice beach away from hustle bustle of other city beaches. I felt that I should have stayed there one more day. My overall impression of this visit is excellent and I would like to go to other destinations with Sylvan Holidays. Ms. Athavale rang up to check with us about problems, if any."

"Kshitija helped us plan our Munnar-Aleppy 5 day vacation through Sylvan holidays last February. I was a bit worried when planning this trip in the beginning since I was pregnant and I was going to be in the 3rd trimester during vacation. Kshitija's suggestions about suitable places to visit combined with meticulous planning helped me feel completely relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and felt revived and ready for the new arrival at the end of it. We were greeted by Sylvan Holiday's local correspondent at Kochi airport, who introduced us to our driver. Our driver was very careful when driving and soft spoken. He particularly made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the next 5 days. He had quite a bit of a knowledge of the local area, so he took us to the most authentic local restaurants, which we really enjoyed. Our club suite in Parakkat Nature Resort was absolutely fabulous. Houseboat in Aleppy was amazing and luxurious. Staff on the boat was courteous and food was superb! We enjoyed devouring Kerala delicacies thoroughly. Driver took us around Kochi on the last day and dropped us on time at the airport. Throughout the trip ,Kshitija was available for answering questions and suggestions. It looks like she has established partnerships with companies providing great customer service and that is what makes a big difference. Since school days, Kshitija has been interested in traveling, wildlife etc. and she brings her own flare to the planning of every destination.
